You can get started on your road to proper sleep easily with a self-referral. That’s right, our sleep tests do not require any prescription from a doctor, so you can determine where your issues lie before reporting back to your physician. Once you complete a sleep test, you will then report back to your physician, who will determine the next steps for you and prescribe you the proper solution, such as CPAP therapy.
It is important to note that insurance will not cover treatment without a prescription and that a new prescription is also required if you are switching from another clinic. Additionally, Breathe Well has no contract for social assistance if that is the route you are hoping to take.
Services that Require a Referral and/or Prescription:
- CPAP Therapy (prescription): After your sleep test, your physician will prescribe the appropriate solution, such as CPAP or BPAP therapy.
- BPAP Therapy (prescription): After your sleep test, your physician will prescribe the appropriate solution, such as CPAP or BPAP therapy.
Services that do not Require a Referral and/or Prescription:
- Sleep Study (self-referral): Determine where your issues lie before reporting back to your physician for a prescription.
